Our August Dinner is going to be fun and delicious! We hope you can join us for this authentic Italian experience--served family-style!
Dinner will be catered by Peter Speno of Il Rifugio and music will be provided by Over the Edge www.overtheedgemusic.com.

All courses will be paired with a Chatom Vineyards wine.
Antipasti:
A platter of assorted meats, olives, cheese and grilled vegetables
Second Course:
Fusilli Pasta with Garden Vegetables, Pecorino Abruzzese Cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Third Course:
Salade with Butter Lettuce, Arugula, and a Citrus Vinaigrette
Fourth Course:
Bone-in Loin Pork Chop, First Roasted then finished off on our Fruit Wood Grill. Accompanied by Freshly Steamed Vegetables and Carmelized Red Onions with Sauteed Apple Slices.
Dessert:
Zabaione, A smooth Egg and Marsala Wine Custard Sauce Poured over Fresh Berries and Accompanied by an Assortment of Italian Cookies
