7.11.2009 Chatom's July "Summer Dinner"

Join us in Chatom's mediteranean courtyard for our great Summer Dinner.
Saturday July 11th 6-9pm.
This dinner will be catered by our longtime friend Jennifer with Wren Creative Food. Live music by "The Tour Guides Band".
Here's a sneak peek at the menu:

Appetizers
-Papaya wrapped with Prosciutto & Lime squeeze
-Pizzetas with Carmelized Onions, Lang’s grilled Zucchini and Jack Cheese
-Creamy, chilled Avocado Gazpacho in Chatom Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc sauce.
All served with 2006 Semillon and 2005 Gitano-Sangiovese

Salad
-Summer Watermelon and Early Girl Tomato Salad with sweet, red onions and Cotijo Cheese in a Hibiscus Vinaigarette.
Served with 2007 Chardonnay

Entrée
-Grilled Tenderloin of Pork in a Poblano Romesco sauce served alongside Brentwood Corn ‘off the cob’ Flan with roasted green chiles and Fiscalini Cheddar and a sauté of local summer squash with fresh cilantro.
Served with 2005 Zinfandel

Dessert
-Cinnamon Sand Dollar Cookie with fresh strawberries, chocolate whipped cream and Chatom Vineyards Port-strawberry reduction sauce.
Served with 2004 Esmeralda-Syrah
