Help us kick off the "Summer Dinner Series" in style! The weather is hot, but this dinner is so cool...with live music and plenty of wine!

Dinner will be catered by Lila & Sage Catering www.lilaandsage.com and music will be provided by The Tour Guides.

All courses will be paired with a different Chatom Vineyards wine.

Appetizers:
Grilled Summertime Peaches with Triple Creme Brie and Lavender Honey
Grilled Prawns Skewers marinated in Roasted Garlic and Lime
Bruschetta with Caponata

First Course:
Butter leaf lettuce with fresh plums, Point Reyes Bleu Cheese and Toasted Almonds

Main Course:
Grilled Flat Iron Steak
Served with Basil Pesto Orzo, Cannellini Beans, Roasted CHerry Tomatoes and
Grilled Sweet Onions

Dessert:
Chocolate Ganache Torte with Cherries and Cream
